          The induced draft fan in the boiler is an indispensable and important equipment in the boiler system, and its main function is to discharge the flue gas or exhaust gas produced by the combustion of the boiler from the combustion chamber, and send it to the flue gas treatment system (such as dust collector, desulphurization device, etc.) through the flue, and then discharged into the atmosphere. Specific applications of induced draft fan in boiler:

Excluding flue gas: The flue gas produced after boiler combustion contains a variety of harmful substances, including dust, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and so on. The induced draft fan extracts these flue gases from the inside of the boiler and transports them through the flue to the flue gas treatment equipment, where they are purified through the steps of dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification before being discharged.

Maintaining negative pressure: The induced draft fan maintains a negative pressure environment inside the boiler by extracting flue gases. Negative pressure serves to prevent flue gas from the combustion zone from leaking into the boiler room or other areas, ensuring air quality in the boiler room and the safety of operators. At the same time, negative pressure also helps to fully mix air and fuel in the boiler, which results in fuller combustion and improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

Regulating the combustion process: The operation of the induced draft fan will directly affect the combustion condition in the boiler. By adjusting the running speed of the induced draft fan and controlling the exhaust rate, the pressure difference and combustion intensity inside the boiler can be adjusted, thus controlling the temperature and combustion efficiency of the boiler.
