 一、Working Principle

1. Forced fan

Forced fan is usually through the mechanical power of air, gas and other media forced to transport out, its role is to actively promote the flow of media, increase the flow rate and pressure of the media.

2. Induced draft fan

Induced draft fan is through the generation of negative pressure, the media from one area and discharge to another area, mainly relying on negative pressure to attract media flow.

The Performance Characteristics

1. Forced fan

Forced fan is characterized by the ability to provide a higher pressure and flow rate, suitable for the need to overcome a greater resistance or conveying a longer distance occasions. It can be adjusted according to different needs to meet different air volume and air pressure requirements. The operation efficiency of the forced draft fan is relatively high, but the noise and energy consumption may also be higher.

2. Induced draft fan

The main feature of induced draft fan is to be able to produce strong negative pressure to attract the flow of media. The induced draft fan usually needs to have good resistance to high temperature and corrosion, because it deals with the media may contain various impurities and corrosive components. The operation stability of the induced draft fan is required to ensure the continuous operation of the system.

The Field of Application

1. Forced fan

Widely used in ventilation, air-conditioning systems, industrial production and other fields. In the ventilation system, the forced air fan is used to realize the exchange and circulation of indoor and outdoor air; in the air-conditioning system, the forced air fan is responsible for conveying the treated air to each room; in industrial production, the forced air fan can be used for conveying materials, cooling equipment and so on.

2.Induced draft fan

It is mainly used in boiler, furnace, metallurgy, chemical industry and so on. In boiler system, induced draft fan is one of the indispensable equipments, which is used to discharge the exhaust gas after combustion; in kiln and metallurgy industry, induced draft fan is used to extract the high temperature flue gas and hazardous gas, to ensure the safety of the production process and environmental protection; in chemical industry, induced draft fan is used to deal with all kinds of corrosive and flammable and explosive gases.
