What are the reasons for high bearing temperature in centrifugal fans?

1.The bearing housing is too tightly assembled, increasing friction and generating heat during operation;
2.the wrong type of lubricating oil is used, failing to effectively lubricate and cool;
3.insufficient cooling water volume fails to remove heat in time; foreign objects enter the bearing, disrupting normal operation;
4.misalignment of the coupling causes additional stress on the bearing; lack of lubricating oil exacerbates friction; and restricted free end floating prevents the bearing from operating in its normal position.
All of these factors can cause abnormally high bearing temperature.
