Dust accumulation on the impeller of a dust collector fan affects efficiency and lifespan. Here are some solutions:

Method 1: Optimize impeller design

1. Optimize aerodynamics and blades: Adopt a streamlined design or adjust the blade angle/shape to improve airflow and reduce dust particle deposition.

2. Strengthen anti-dust accumulation structure: For applications where dust easily adheres, use a guide vane structure at the impeller inlet to effectively prevent dust accumulation on the back of the blades and improve localized impeller wear.

Method 2: Regular cleaning

This is the most direct method. Develop a cleaning plan based on dust characteristics and operating time, and remove accumulated dust promptly. This restores aerodynamic performance, ensures efficiency, prevents uneven dust accumulation from causing rotor imbalance and vibration, and ensures long-term stable operation.
