The fan shaft is an important part of the fan, undertaking functions such as transmitting power and supporting the blades. It is generally made of materials such as high-strength alloy steel or stainless steel, with high hardness, strength and wear resistance to cope with the requirements of long-time high-speed operation. The manufacturing process of fan shafts usually includes the following steps:

1. Material preparation: Selection of suitable materials, usually high strength alloy steel or stainless steel, according to the design requirements and mechanical loads to be borne.

2. Forging or molding: Preliminary molding of the material by forging, hot rolling, cold drawing and other processes to obtain the desired shape of the shaft material.

3. Rough machining: Turning, milling, drilling and other processes are carried out on the shaft material to reduce the surface roughness and increase the dimensional accuracy.

4. Heat treatment: quenching, tempering and other heat treatment processes on the shaft material to improve its mechanical properties, hardness and strength.

5. Precision machining: The heat-treated shaft material is subjected to precision machining, such as grinding, polishing, etc., in order to obtain higher dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

6. Balancing treatment: carry out dynamic balancing treatment on the shaft to reduce vibration and improve working efficiency and stability.

7. Surface treatment: Chrome plating, coating and other treatments on the surface of the shaft to improve its corrosion resistance and aesthetics.

8. Assembly: assemble the shaft with other components, such as fan blades, bearings, etc., to form a complete fan shaft system.

9. Quality inspection: carry out quality inspection on the manufactured fan shaft, including appearance inspection, size measurement, mechanical performance test, etc., to ensure compliance with the design requirements.

10. Packaging and shipment: complete the subsequent packaging, ready for shipment, transported to the customer site for installation and use.

Each of these steps requires strict quality control to ensure that the fan shaft has good stability and reliability during use.
