Centrifugal fans will wear due to long-term use during the application process. How to avoid the wear of centrifugal fans? First of all, we need to know that the wear of the centrifugal blower will be in many different positions, so different anti-wear measures need to be taken for them. At first, its necessary to do a good job on the blade surface. The common advantages of carburizing, plasma surfacing, spraying cemented carbide, and pasting ceramic sheets are to increase the hardness of the blade surface, which in turn improves the wear resistance of the blade to a certain extent.

These methods are easy to use and low cost, but the coating wears quickly, and one treatment can last for 3 to 5 months.

For blade wear, the impeller wear can be reduced to a certain extent by improving the blade structure, processing the working surface of the blower fan blade into a serrated shape, changing the hollow blade into a solid blade, and adding welding anti-wear blocks to the blade. Install the anti-wear cascade, and install the anti-wear cascade at the most easily worn place, which can prevent the particles from flowing to the rear disc and the blade root.

In addition, the shape of the air inlet of the centrifugal fan should be selected reasonably, and the minimum inlet relative speed of the impeller should be ensured during the design, the number of revolutions of the fan should be reduced as much as possible, and the appropriate shape of the impeller flow channel should be selected.
