At the Xinyi Glass Phase V project in Malaysia, the client faced issues with uneven furnace temperature distribution and low finished-product yields, as the combustion air and cooling air configurations did not match actual operational requirements.
We supplied 53 fans, customizing parameters for specific furnace zones and implementing precise control via PLC and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
Following commissioning, temperature uniformity improved significantly, leading to higher product yields.
We provide comprehensive fan solutions for the entire furnace process, featuring precise PLC temperature control and DCS integration compatibility; suitable for both photovoltaic and float glass applications.
