Description
Centrifugal blower for glass tempering furnace is designed as the special of tempering furnace. To save the energy, this centrifugal blower's efficiency can upto 85%. The performance of air blower satisfy glasss tempering furnace. It is also suitable for conveying clean/combustible/corrosive/a little impurity gas at normal temperature, or lightweight powder/debris/short fiber materials. Centrifugal blower is SIMO BLOWR the largest number of fans used in industrial field. It is most commonly used in cement production line of grate cooler cooling, Clinker cooler system, air purification and industrial waste gas treatment, flue gas desulfurization, forced ventilation, incinerator blowing air/inducing air/primary air/secondary air, ventilating of large mill system, etc.

4. Using liquid lubricating oil, no need to open bearing housing when changing or filling lubricating oil. Easy to observe the lubricating oil's quality and stock through inspection window on the bearing housing body. 
5. Customizing design according to customer's performance requirements, and optimizing by CFD technology, energy consumption lower than same fans.
6. Fitting tightly of parts, good sealing, ensuring no reducing of output pressure.
7. The welding line of impeller and main shaft passed ultrasonic flaw detection, ensuring no defect of welding and materials, guarantee strength.
8. Impeller passed high standard dynamic balancing, ensuring stable running of fan.
9. Running test and vibration value test for fans after finishing manufacturing, ensuring running reliably.
